Project Manager (remote)

Project manager position in a SMM agency for medical marketing, fully remote, up to 80,000 RUB/month.

Working with medical projects only. Responsibilities: - Managing projects - Communication with clients via chats and online meetings - Full control of project teams (SMM, copywriter, ad manager, targetologist, etc.) - Key task: satisfied client who renews the contract

Experience in an agency from 1 year. High empathy – you can see hidden questions and in your resume response start with 'hear the client' and their true needs. Systematic approach to everything. Time zone close to Moscow. Experience in medical niches is a plus. Working with AI is mandatory.

Schedule: 9-19 Moscow time, Mon-Fri, Sat-Sun – days off + vacations twice a year. Environment of strong professionals – always someone to discuss or consult. Interesting complex tasks. Systematic processes – 90% of situations described in regulations. Payment is per project. Bonuses for KPIs, additional sales, etc. Full load on average 80,000 RUB/month. Payment during probation period is negotiable.
