Project Manager for an R&D role at VYRIY in Kyiv. Salary: 50,000–95,000 UAH. Manage development projects for combat drone systems. Requires 3+ years of project management experience, understanding of hardware/software development lifecycle, Jira/Trello/Notion proficiency, and B2 English.

Manage projects for the mechanical, hardware, and software components. Coordinate the team of designers and engineers. Define project scope, timelines, and plans, overseeing technical documentation. Collaborate with the supply department to ensure the team has necessary materials.

3+ years of experience in project management (preferably in engineering solutions). Understanding of the hardware and software product development lifecycle. Proficient in Jira, Trello, or Notion. English language proficiency at B2 level. Ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic Military Tech environment.
