Project Manager

Project Manager at MOVmedia, an information design studio. Full-time remote; manage end-to-end client projects for major brands. Compensation: salary plus % from each closed project and bonuses, details after interview.

MOVmedia is an information design studio. We help large companies highlight the main points, structure complex information, and present it clearly. We create infographics, business presentations, videos, and interactive projects. Clients include Gazprom, Sber, Russian Railways, Gazprom Neft, X5 Retail Group, Magnit, and other major brands. Responsibilities: - Immerse yourself in client tasks, consult, and manage projects end-to-end - Manage and defend the budget and monitor project margins - Select and coordinate a team of contractors - Prepare commercial proposals for client requests - Act as a link between the client and the team - Participate in developing new solutions and products for clients

What we expect from you: - At least 2 years of project management experience in an agency — required - Experience working with creative teams: design, animation, video production, printing - Understanding of information design specifics: infographics, presentations, video graphics - Experience with generative and other neural networks - Experience with task trackers, especially Notion - Experience preparing commercial proposals for custom client requests - Independence, responsibility, and ability to drive tasks to results
