3+ years in IT as Project Manager Fluent German and English (C1) Real-world AI tooling proficiency in daily work (e.g., Claude) Experience with Jira, task decomposition, resource planning Ability to lead presales, gather requirements, prepare MVP concepts and proposals for DACH clients Ability to grow clients through upsales Use AI to automate communication, generate specifications, translations, and summaries
