We are developing a project office in a transport and logistics company and are looking for an experienced Project Manager who can not only independently lead significant projects but also contribute to the development of project expertise within the team. Responsibilities: - Lead key company projects from initiation to results - Form project plans, stages, timelines, milestones, and dependencies - Manage timelines, resources, risks, changes, and priorities - Control achievement of project goals and results - Participate in developing tools, approaches, and standards for project management, share expertise

Experience as a Project Manager for 3+ years. Experience in independently leading business-critical projects (preferred). Completed training in project management (preferred). Experience mentoring other project managers.
