Project Manager for a marketing agency, fully remote, salary 50,000-60,000 RUB/month. Manage client projects and coordinate team.

We are a marketing agency helping B2B manufacturers get clients through landing pages and Yandex Direct. We have a stable flow of projects. As a project manager, you will manage projects, not find clients. Tasks: - Launch new projects - Collect information from clients - Set tasks for specialists and monitor deadlines - Control project progress and key KPIs - Identify issues early and raise them within the team - Prepare weekly and monthly reports - Answer client questions during work hours - Conduct short calls with clients and team - Document agreements and maintain order in tasks - Prepare closing documents for clients

Requirements: - Confident and calm communication with clients - Ability to argue without conflicts - Proactive risk communication - Manage multiple projects simultaneously - Follow deadlines and remind about agreements - Self-sufficient, not waiting for instructions - Love for order in tasks and documents - Ability to solve problems and propose solutions - Basic understanding of Yandex Direct (impressions, clicks, CTR, conversion, lead, cost per lead)
