We are looking for a project manager for a new product—offline retreats for entrepreneurs where we teach content creation and marketing. The team is being built from scratch, and we are looking for the manager first. The project has a blog with 150,000 subscribers, and stable monthly launches are planned—we need someone who can keep that pace. Responsibilities: - Build a team for retreats and establish a management system: planning meetings, reports, clear tasks, deadline control. - Organize the retreat end-to-end: program, experts, venue, logistics, contractors. - Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and rebuild them to increase conversion. - Conduct calls with entrepreneurs. - Anticipate problems before they arise.

- Experience organizing offline events, retreats, or launches. - Experience managing a team. - High involvement—understand every process, not afraid to ask. - Ambition and self-sufficiency—if there's no solution, you find it yourself and propose options. - Efficiency and punctuality—everything on time, commitments kept. - Analytical thinking—decisions based on data, not feelings. - Regularly learn and grow in competencies.
