Telement is seeking a remote Project Manager (Middle/Senior) with 3+ years of experience for their startup developing a corporate messenger based on Matrix. Salary range: 2000-2500 USDT. Full-time, flexible hours.

We are a young tech startup creating a secure corporate super-messenger based on the Matrix protocol. We use forks of Element Web/Desktop, refining them for unique tasks. We are looking for an experienced PM to manage all operational processes while maintaining comfortable conditions for the team and moving according to the roadmap. What you will do: - Development Management: full project cycle from idea to release (web/desktop/mobile clients, backend). - Roadmap Formation: planning timelines, resources, priorities (Jira). - Stakeholder Communication: synchronization with investors, business requirements, and development. - Product Development Participation: working with requirements, analyzing and improving user scenarios. - Risk Management: prompt response, finding solutions in conditions of uncertainty.

We expect from you: - IT Project Manager experience of 3+ years (Middle) / 5+ years (Senior) in product IT companies or startups. - Experience managing web/mobile projects at all stages. - Knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban), confident work with Jira and Confluence. - Understanding of client-server architecture and core technologies (sufficient for effective communication with the team). - Experience in task prioritization and roadmap management. - Proactivity, systemic thinking, and excellent communication skills. - English at the level of reading documentation (B1+). Will be a plus: - Experience with Matrix/Element or other open-source messengers. - Technical education or developer experience. - Knowledge of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices. - Ability to write technical specifications (TS). - Experience with product metrics and analytics.
