Project Manager for complex projects in medical institutions (CSO, waste disposal, micro-labs). Full-time, salary 200,000 - 230,000 RUB. Company: GK Melius.

We are looking for a person to develop and support complex projects for state and commercial medical institutions (LPU) in the segments: centralization of sterilization units (CSO), medical waste disposal, equipping micro-laboratories. Key tasks include: - Managing integration complex projects for cleanroom module installation. - Acting as the key negotiator with suppliers, contractors, and clients. Persuasively arguing our position, finding compromises, and defending the company's interests. - Analyzing contracts with suppliers and clients. Monitoring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and legal norms. - Preparing and defending commercial proposals, participating in tenders and auctions. - Analyzing procurement documentation (TOR, notices), forming specifications, identifying participation opportunities. Forming strategic pricing to ensure winning bids. - Conducting analysis, assessing profitability and risks, deciding on the feasibility of participation. - Coordinating all stages of complex project implementation – from pre-sales preparation to delivery, installation, commissioning, and put into operation. - Tracking the activities of key players, conducting competitive analysis.

– Experience in managing integration complex projects (from 3 years) in the fields of medical technology, equipment. – Experience in financial and analytical project calculation (profitability assessment). – Ability to form specifications, analyze contracts, and understand key risks. – Experience in conducting complex negotiations with suppliers and contractors. – Experience in the medical industry and understanding of equipment specifics (CSO, disposal, laboratories) – MANDATORY. – Ability to read technical documentation, project diagrams, customer requirements. – Higher education (technical, medical, engineering, or economic/management). – Knowledge of the basics of 44-FZ, 223-FZ will be a significant advantage.
