INEX Group is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team in Paphos. The role requires taking ownership of low-voltage and smart building projects from planning through installation, commissioning and final handover. This is a hands-on role with regular involvement on project sites. Responsibilities: • Manage project timelines, budgets and resources • Coordinate clients, engineers, contractors and suppliers • Review technical documentation, drawings and specifications • Oversee installation works and equipment deliveries • Coordinate commissioning and functional testing • Manage project changes, risks and deadlines

• Hands-on project management experience specifically in low-voltage / ELV, smart building or building engineering systems • Experience delivering projects involving systems such as CCTV, access control, structured cabling, BMS, KNX, AV or building automation • Experience working on construction or fit-out projects, coordinating installation teams, subcontractors and suppliers on site • Good understanding of the full project lifecycle — from technical planning and procurement to installation, commissioning and handover • Ability to read technical drawings and documentation and understand what is actually happening on site • Experience working directly with clients and taking ownership of project delivery, timelines and budget • Good English for professional communication and technical documentation • Willingness to work regularly on project sites and travel when required
