Project Manager

Indie game studio seeks a Project Manager for remote part-time work (4h/day), salary 35,000-45,000 RUB, with 1-3 years experience.

Next Genium is an indie studio looking for a talented PM to lead complex PC projects. Responsibilities: • Manage projects in Jira and Confluence • Create and update roadmaps and sprints • Assign tasks daily and track deadlines • Maintain effective communication within the team • Inform management of difficulties in time • Take meeting notes and write follow-ups • Ensure reporting accuracy • Monitor compliance with internal rules for services and messengers • Be fully involved in the project

• Experience in automation (bots, n8n, etc.) • Experience with modern AI tools (CLI agents, MCP, etc.) • Skills in setting up Jira and Confluence • Experience in creating roadmaps and sprints • Experience with difficult clients, ability to find compromises • Ability to argue your position • Knowledge of the gaming industry and game development processes • Experience with Slack, Notion, Miro, Google Docs • Stable fast internet
