We are looking for ambitious and goal-oriented people without experience who are interested in the profession of project manager and digital marketing. We accept applicants without experience and are ready to teach everything from scratch. The paid trial period is 3 months. During this time, you will be assigned a mentor (department head), and you will gradually immerse yourself in tasks and projects. The training includes: — Regular calls with a mentor — Independent study of company regulations and provided materials — Training on real tasks – with full control and explanation of tasks from the mentor — Training on working with internal systems, documentation, etc. By the end of the trial period, you will be able to independently manage projects under the supervision of a mentor and confidently work with the team and clients. It is important that training does not end abruptly after the trial period, and you can always turn to the mentor or team for help with unclear questions and tasks. Responsibilities after training: — Managing projects in the field of digital marketing (SEO, contextual advertising) — Managing projects for the development of design and corporate websites — Interacting with the team: setting and monitoring tasks and deadlines, preparing technical specifications for specialists — Communicating with clients: via messengers and calls (Zoom, GoogleMeet) — Controlling the project budget: internal distribution of resources, monitoring client payments (with the participation of the accounting department) — Timely transfer of information to the team and the client — Monitoring deadlines, quality, and results of task completion — Preparing necessary documentation and reports
