Remote Project Manager for a Telegram channel network about real people's stories. Salary 30,000-50,000 RUB, part-time, 4 hours/day. Start-up project.

I'm starting a network of channels in Telegram and Max. The channels post a story about one day in the life of a resident of a city. All stories are real and anonymous. Responsibilities: - Negotiating advertising with channels and bloggers, - Selecting heroes and communicating with them, - Helping heroes through an interview (conducted by an AI agent, but sometimes needs guidance), - Editing stories (AI agent writes the article, but you need to proofread and edit the result), - Laying out articles, simple design, - Publishing articles and moderating comments.

Project management skills, Basic copywriting skills, Experience in influencer marketing is a plus, Vibe coding and building agentic systems skills are a plus, Love and interest in people - we're building a channel network about real lives of real people, so it's important the project manager is fascinated by people.

4 hours per day, 5 days a week (any convenient 4 hours between 10am and 7pm Moscow time), Payment twice a month unofficially without registration for the first 3 months, Fully remote, Ideal for moms on maternity leave or those wanting part-time work with lots of autonomy, Please don't apply if you have a full-time job - the project is at startup and requires careful attention and high involvement, Terms will be revised after 3 months if the project develops successfully.
