Project Manager for narrative PC game projects

Indie studio seeks a talented Project Manager to lead complex narrative PC game projects. Remote, full-time. Salary RUB 70,000–100,000 net per month.

Indie studio is looking for a talented PM to lead complex but exciting narrative PC projects. Responsibilities: - Manage projects in Jira + Confluence - Create and update roadmaps/sprints - Distribute tasks daily and monitor deadlines - Maintain effective communication within the team - Inform management about emerging difficulties in a timely manner - Take notes during calls and prepare follow-ups - Monitor the correctness of reports - Monitor employee compliance with internal company rules when using services and messengers - Be fully involved in the project

Knowledge and skills: - Experience automating tasks and processes (bots, n8n, etc.) - Experience with modern AI-based tools (CLI agents, MCP, etc.) - Ability to set up Jira + Confluence - Experience creating roadmaps/sprints - Experience working with difficult clients and finding compromises - Ability to argue and communicate your position - Knowledge of the game industry and how game creation processes are built - Experience with Slack, Notion, Miro, Google Docs - Stable fast internet connection - Required experience: 1–3 years
