Win-Win is a modern digital agency solving marketing tasks for developers, restaurants, retail, and manufacturing. It works with strategies, traffic, and SMM. Responsibilities: - Full project management cycle from brief to final. - Develop strategies and media plans. - Assign tasks to designers, copywriters, and targetologists. - Control goal achievement (leads, sales, conversions) and defend reports to clients. - Communicate with clients in chats and Zoom calls. - Manage project economics: budgets, timelines, document flow.

2+ years of experience as a Project Manager specifically in a digital agency. Understanding of marketing: strategies, content, promotion logic. Ability to evaluate visuals (banners, video, sound) and analyze metrics. Excellent communication and empathy. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing. Knowledge of SMM, targeted and contextual advertising. Experience managing a team and setting tasks.
