Managing construction of an elite private residence in Limassol; leading international project and local construction teams; coordinating contractors and resolving technical issues; developing and updating project schedule; preparing and controlling budget and cash flow; monitoring timelines and quality of construction; ensuring effective interaction between all project participants.

Higher education in civil engineering; experience in design and construction of elite residential real estate; deep understanding of design and construction management processes; knowledge of quality control standards; experience with engineering systems: Smart Home, security systems, audio/video; experience preparing and managing construction budgets; confident skills in creating and controlling work schedules in MS Project; ability to coordinate contractors and project teams; ability to work under tight deadlines and high responsibility.
