Project Manager

Project Manager for a PDD application. Remote, salary 100,000 RUB initially, 120,000 RUB after probation plus bonuses. Need to launch a product from prototype to sales.

We are 'Third Rome'. We develop business in three directions: automotive, IT (AI and 3D), and sales on marketplaces WB/OZON. Currently developing an app for traffic rules (PDD), already have a raw prototype. Need to turn it into a full-fledged product, launch it, and drive sales. Responsibilities: - Independently determine product concept and development plan. - Organize development and bring the app to launch. - Think through monetization and customer acquisition strategies. - Develop the product and find ways to scale sales. Team and resources will be provided, but there is no ready-made strategy or step-by-step instructions. Need to make decisions independently, dive into tasks, and be accountable for results, not just manage processes. Expected goal - 600,000 purchases.

Looking for someone with experience launching digital products from scratch, ready to take full ownership of the product from raw prototype to commercial result.

Salary: 100,000 RUB net on probation, then 120,000 RUB + bonus based on results. Format: remote. NDA mandatory! Combining with other jobs is not allowed.
