Project Manager / Developer for Crypto Projects

Seeking a crypto-savvy PM/Dev to build crypto projects from scratch. Fixed $3,000-4,000/month plus profit share. Remote.

We provide the idea; you need to build a complete project around it and prepare for launch. Responsibilities: - Register and set up X account - Create logo, banner, and overall visuals - Prepare initial posts and manage X before launch - Build a polished working website - Implement the project's core functionality so it actually works - Bring the project to a ready state and launch it You can code yourself, vibe-code, use AI, or bring in developer friends. Experience in crypto is mandatory. We are not looking for beginners. - Understand how memes, narratives, X, and launches work - Ideally, you have traded memes, built your own projects, or worked on similar things - Need someone who is not just a coder but understands crypto, can quickly assemble projects, and independently take an idea from zero to launch - Even if past projects didn't take off, that's fine. Real experience and ability to show what you've done are key.

First project is a test. No fixed payment for the first project; it's to evaluate speed and quality. If the project goes well and launches successfully, you get a percentage of the launch profit. If both sides are satisfied, we continue on a permanent basis. Fixed salary: approximately $3,000-4,000 per month. Volume: about 5 projects per week. One project can typically be assembled in about a day (X, design, site, working part), then a few days to manage and warm up X while building the next projects. $3,000-4,000 is not the ceiling. If you perform well, produce more projects, and they succeed, we can increase the fixed pay and add a percentage of launch profits.
