We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager to own delivery end-to-end — from incoming requests to production release. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in execution, works closely with engineers, and proactively drives processes rather than just tracking them. You will be responsible for managing the full development lifecycle, ensuring that ideas are transformed into clear, actionable tasks and delivered on time. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and QA teams, maintaining visibility across all stages of development while identifying risks early and keeping delivery smooth and predictable.

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Delivery Manager in IT • Proven experience managing delivery in product or startup environments • Strong understanding of development processes (backend, frontend, APIs, integrations) • Ability to break down tasks into “ready for development” state • Experience working with sprints (Scrum / Kanban, pragmatic approach) • Strong risk management and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Hands-on approach — comfortable working closely with the team • Experience conducting one-to-ones and supporting team performance • High level of ownership and accountability
