Project Manager

Project Manager at MOVmedia, an information design studio. Remote full-time 5/2. Manage client projects end-to-end, budgets, and creative teams. Fixed salary plus % per closed project.

MOVmedia is an information design studio. We help large companies highlight the main points, structure complex information, and present it clearly. We create infographics, business presentations, videos, and interactive projects. Clients include Gazprom, Sber, RZD, Gazprom Neft, X5 Retail Group, Magnit, and other major brands. Responsibilities: • Immerse in client tasks, consult, and manage projects end-to-end. • Manage budget, protect it, and monitor project margins. • Select and coordinate a team of contractors. • Prepare commercial proposals based on client requests. • Act as a link between the client and the team. • Participate in developing new solutions and products for clients.

• 2+ years of project management experience in an agency — required. • Experience working with creative teams: design, animation, video production, printing. • Understanding of information design specifics: infographics, presentations, video graphics. • Experience with generative and other neural networks. • Experience with task trackers, especially Notion. • Experience preparing commercial proposals for individual client requests. • Independence, responsibility, and ability to bring tasks to results.
