International product IT company seeks Project Manager in Limassol, Cyprus office. Full-time on-site, no relocation; candidates already in Cyprus. Agile/Scrum/Kanban, delivery, team coordination. White salary + annual bonus.

International product IT company developing high-load projects and online services is looking for a Project Manager for the development team. Location: Cyprus, office. Relocation is not considered — we are looking for candidates already in Cyprus. Responsibilities: — Build and improve task management and development processes; increase delivery transparency and predictability. — Organize team task management: task setting, prioritization, deadline and quality control. — Coordinate the development team and ensure tasks are completed. — Identify risks and bottlenecks and help the team address them promptly. — Facilitate work discussions and help shape requirements and priorities. — Build communication within the team and with related departments. — Optimize development processes and introduce effective teamwork practices. — Dive into the technical context of projects and interact effectively with developers.

What matters: — Experience as Project / Delivery / Product / Team Manager or similar. — Experience managing tasks and development processes in YouTrack, Jira or similar systems. — Experience coordinating development teams. — Practical understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban. — Ability to systematically build processes and ensure tasks are completed on time. — Strong communication skills, initiative and proactivity. — Readiness to quickly dive into technical context. Nice to have: — Experience managing development teams and technically complex products. — Experience in large IT companies and/or financial organizations. — Experience optimizing processes and scaling teams.
