Project Manager for Employer Branding projects at Changellenge >> Employer Branding. Lead projects to improve corporate culture and employer brand, develop EVP, research, and communication strategies.

Mission: Implement projects that help companies improve corporate culture and employer brand, making the most talented employees dream of working there. Responsibilities: - Independently implement Employer Branding projects turnkey: develop Employer Value Proposition (EVP), employer brand research (working with sociologists and analysts), marketing projects for internal and external audiences to promote employer brand, develop communication strategies. - Successfully build cross-functional team work on projects: structure teamwork, maintain project log, create timelines, set technical specifications, and work together following the value 'Changellenge is a team sport'. - Lead project team work and optimize projects by internal metrics 3F: Fixed Time, Fixed NPS, Fixed Price. - Build strategic partnerships with clients: focus on quality communication to ensure clients want to work with us and return with new projects.

Required: - Experience working with clients on creative services projects for at least 1 year. - Experience in research projects, ability to draw conclusions from analytical presentations. - Experience managing 3+ projects simultaneously. Preferred: - English level Upper-Intermediate or higher for international expansion. - Experience in Employer Branding projects. - Experience developing or working with communication strategies.
