Responsibilities: — Assemble a team for retreats and build a management system: meetings, reports, tasks, and deadline control; — Organize retreats turnkey: program, experts, venue, logistics, and contractors; — Find bottlenecks in the funnel and rebuild them to increase conversion; — Conduct CustDev with entrepreneurs; — Anticipate problems before they arise.
