Project Manager needed for a UGC creator agency. Responsibilities include managing projects from brief to release, coordinating teams, client communication, and content quality control. Requires 1+ year of experience in a digital agency and understanding of UGC marketing. Offers flexible hours and remote work.

You will be the link between clients, creators, and the internal team. – Managing projects from brief to final release: setting goals, forming a roadmap, controlling deadlines and budget; – Coordinating the team: distributing tasks among creators, designers, copywriters, and other specialists; – Ensuring the smooth operation of all participants. Client Interaction: – Conducting briefings, approving concepts and final materials, providing reports, building long-term relationships; – Selecting creators for specific tasks: analyzing portfolios, assessing relevant experience, communicating cooperation terms; – Controlling content quality at all stages - compliance with the brief, brand guidelines, and client expectations; – Optimizing processes: identifying bottlenecks in workflows, implementing automation tools, and improving team communication; – Analyzing results: collecting and interpreting data on engagement, reach, and other KPIs; forming conclusions for future campaigns.

– Experience as a Project Manager in a digital agency, SMM studio, or creative bureau for over 1 year; – Understanding of UGC marketing specifics and social media trends (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.); – Ability to set tasks clearly and provide feedback; – Planning and time management skills: ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without loss of quality; – Basic knowledge in design, copywriting, and video production (to effectively communicate with performers); – Fluent oral and written communication, strong communication skills.
