We do advertising in Dzen and PromoPages: we write texts, promote them, and place native advertising with Dzen bloggers. Our clients are popular brands and large advertising agencies. What to do: — Respond to new client requests: consult on services and cooperation terms — Prepare commercial proposals: select bloggers, form estimates and presentations, call clients — Manage advertising projects: negotiate with bloggers, draft briefs and control text quality together with the editor, track timely publication of advertising posts and prepare simple reporting — Carefully maintain project document flow: contracts with clients and bloggers, reports and closing documents (with accountant support) — Control quality of contractors: copywriters, designers — Listen to more experienced colleagues and learn quickly — at the first stage everything will be explained and taught, but you need to quickly dive in and build expertise in Dzen

— Love keeping order in documents and mind, think structurally (technical education is a big plus) — Be able to work with Google Docs (write texts, make tables), assemble presentations — Not be afraid to communicate with people and explain your point of view when needed — Be smart and feel capable of figuring out anything — Get annoyed when something is done on the principle of 'good enough' — Feel responsibility for the result, understand the difference between 'do' and 'get done' — Be able to make mistakes correctly — Be knowledgeable about AI, social networks, news, have broad outlook — Be interested in writing and editing texts and be able to explain, looking at a story, what task it solves
