Project Manager (Analytics) role in Limassol, Cyprus. Seeking a liaison between business and analytics teams to streamline requests, improve transparency, and enhance the value of analytics for the business. Full-time, office-based.

We are looking for a Project Manager / Operations Manager to act as a liaison between business teams and the analytics team. The goal of the role is to bring order to analytics requests, make processes transparent and manageable, and increase the real value of analytics for the business. Responsibilities: Working with incoming requests: • Collection and structuring of all analytics requests • Classification and prioritization of tasks • Assisting business teams in formulating requests Forming and improving technical specifications: • Jointly developing technical specifications with initiators • Clarifying requirements and bringing technical specifications to a format understandable to analysts • Creating standards and guides for compiling technical specifications Developing transparency of analytics work: • Creating and maintaining documentation on the capabilities of the analytics team • Developing understandable materials for other teams (what can be requested, how to do it) Managing the implementation process: • Task estimation in collaboration with analysts • Monitoring deadlines and statuses • Communication between business and analytics • Maintaining a calendar/plan tracking of tasks Working with results: • Collecting detailed feedback on completed tasks • Assessing business impact (what has changed after implementation) • Forming conclusions and process improvements

We expect: • Experience in the role of Project Manager / Operations Manager / Business Analyst • Ability to structure chaos and build processes from scratch • Skill in formulating and clarifying requirements • Strong communication skills (working with various stakeholders) • Ability to bring tasks to completion • Experience with analytics / data will be a big plus Will be a plus: • Experience working in data/analytics teams • Understanding of product analytics or BI • Experience in implementing processes and standards • Skills in assessing business impact
