Project Manager

Project Manager at a leading international consulting company in Limassol, Cyprus. Office-based role: manage multiple projects and operational processes across legal entities and jurisdictions.

Leading international consulting company is looking for a Project Manager. This is not an IT or classic PM role with a large team reporting to them. What you will do: - Run several projects and operational processes in parallel, including across different legal entities and jurisdictions. - Build and document processes from scratch: regulations, instructions, protocols, working documents. - Gather information and data from various sources, consolidate metrics, and prepare reporting. - Coordinate legal, finance, compliance, and other departments. - Organize information collection and task execution by people outside direct reporting lines — regional teams, related functions, contractors. - Monitor deadlines, statuses, and results, identify issues, and drive tasks to resolution. - Independently dive into operational tasks and drive them to completion, not just coordinate the process.

3+ years of experience in project/operational management. Experience working in parallel with multiple legal entities/countries. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Fluent Russian and English. Nice to have: experience in consulting/professional services, regulated sectors, working with legal entities, lawyers, and corporate administrators.

Office-based work in Limassol, Cyprus. Breakfasts and lunches at the company's expense.
