Project Manager

Project Manager (Middle+/Senior) for IT projects in retail, location: Russia. Experience with EDI systems and logistics automation.

Automation of vehicle inspection processes; ensuring continuous operation of EDI; in the future - other projects and initiatives of the company.

Experience in successful implementation of large IT projects from 3-5 years. Experience in retail or large distributed companies. Experience in implementation, support or adaptation of electronic document management systems (EDI). Experience in managing projects with a large number of participants, teams and cross-functional dependencies. Experience interacting with business customers, internal departments and external contractors, including complex stakeholders. Experience with project budgets, financial processes and participation in tender procedures. Understanding of basic logistics processes and specifics of distributed companies. Understanding of processes related to warehouses, distribution centers, vehicles and fleet management. Understanding of vehicle inspection and operation processes and possibilities for their automation. Understanding of EDI principles: electronic document signing, approval routes, integration with related information systems. Good technical understanding: integrations, API, data exchange, solution architecture. Deep understanding of project management methodologies, high independence, organization and ability to quickly immerse in a new subject area.
