Project Director (Residential Development, Premium Class)

Project Director for a development company implementing residential and commercial real estate projects in Moscow. Responsible for full project cycle, budget, schedule, and quality.

Full cycle: concept → design → permitting documentation → construction → commissioning. Schedule and budget: master schedule, milestones, critical path, deviation control, economic efficiency. Product: technical and product concept, technical and economic indicators, financial model, feasibility of solutions. Documentation: organization of design and survey works and construction and installation works, initial permitting and project documentation. Risks: assessment of impact of decisions, construction control, prevention of delays, corrective measures. Contractors: tenders, independent selection of designers and contractors, contract control. Interaction: government bodies, supervision, designers, contractors. Reporting to: owner.

Higher education in civil engineering, construction, economics or management. Experience in residential real estate development as Project Director 5+ years. Experience in full cycle residential development project (from concept to commissioning) of premium segment; advantage: managing project of 300,000+ m². Deep understanding of all stages of development, design and construction, practical experience in managing budget, schedule, quality and project risks.
