We are looking for a strong senior product designer to join the Ozon Tech team to design internal tools for developers and SRE. Focus on UX, complex systems, and real value.

We design internal tools for developers and SRE. We work with systems related to monitoring, stability, and logging. There is a lot of uncertainty and few ready-made references. The focus is on logic, structure, and real value, not just visuals.

Experienced senior-level product designer. Strong UX thinking (research, scenarios, working with uncertainty). Experience with complex systems or willingness to quickly dive into them. Ability to influence the product, not just 'draw screens'.

Budget: negotiable.
