MAART studio is looking for a Production Art Director to oversee visual quality and final delivery of CGI/3D visualization and video projects. Requires 3+ years of experience in 3D/motion/CGI and strong understanding of visual principles.

MAART studio creates 3D visualizations and videos that help clients understand and sell their products. We work with products, IT, and explainers, focusing on clarity and accuracy over just aesthetics. We are looking for a Production Art Director responsible for the visual quality of projects and their final delivery.

Responsibilities: - Provide specific, clear feedback and solutions to artists, selecting references to explain decisions when necessary. - Monitor visual quality at all stages, ensuring adherence to basic artistic principles, established references, decisions, and guidelines. - Interpret client feedback and translate it into clear instructions for artists. - Create mood boards and define the visual direction of scenes based on the brief (sometimes). - Approve the final output before client submission. Important: This is not a "creative director" or "hands-on artist" role. It is a role for someone who: - Manages visuals. - Maintains quality. - Drives projects to completion through the team. Skills: - Basic understanding of composition, typography, light, materials, and shot readability. - 3+ years of experience in 3D/motion/CGI. - Ability to identify issues in a scene, provide specific feedback, and handle client revisions. - Understanding of the production pipeline.

Work format: - Project-based work (paid per project participation). - Schedule: Flexible, but adherence to deadlines is crucial. - Remote work. - Workload: Several projects per month, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time employment.
