Bazon develops a complex B2B SaaS product for sellers of used auto parts. More than 2,000 companies across Russia use the platform. The company is looking for a Middle+/Senior Product UX/UI Designer to join the discovery team. Responsibilities: — Design high-load interfaces and complex user scenarios; — Account for roles, permissions, statuses, business rules, errors, and validations; — Work closely with the Product Manager to elaborate features before handoff to delivery; — Create UI mockups and UX specifications; — Maintain and develop the design system; — Work with feedback from customers, support, and implementation teams.

— 3+ years of experience in product design; — Experience with complex B2B SaaS, ERP, CRM, WMS, or other accounting systems for external clients; — Strong UX thinking and good UI skills; — Confident use of Figma: components, libraries, auto layout, prototypes; — Ability to independently dive into business logic and justify decisions; — Willingness to work hands-on.

Office in Novosibirsk, 5 days per week. Salary from 300,000 RUB; final level discussed individually. Relocation assistance within Russia and first housing are possible.
