Product Owner (personal B2B account)

IT People group is hiring a Product Owner for a fintech project to own a B2B personal account, responsible for CJM, product metrics, and integrations. Office in Moscow, full-time, salary negotiable.

Project: fintech Responsibilities: - Define the scope of functionality and expected business effect of each feature, coordinate release priorities. - Ensure solution integrity: new features do not break existing processes. - Measure actual post-release effect, separate what worked from what did not, and adjust the plan. - End-to-end process and customer journey. - Own the entire customer journey: from application to documents, across all systems, not limited to a single interface. - Collect and finalize the CJM, then maintain it up to date and use it as a working tool for managing the development of the personal account. - Define product metrics, initiate improvements for their collection, and form requirements for BI reporting. - Form the overall picture of requirements for the personal account and negotiate integrations with owners of related systems: CRM, accounting system, and eventually BI, etc. - Be the party that determines exactly what the personal account needs from related systems. - Participate in project management. - Participate in planning, determining timelines and dependencies. - Control contractors, vendors, and the in-house/outstaff team.

- Experience implementing remote banking services (ДБО) based on the BSS Digital2Go platform. - Experience managing a B2B personal account in the financial sector: implementing or participating in implementing a customer account for legal entities, preferably at a bank, insurance company, or broker. - Understanding of B2B servicing specifics and requirements for financial processes. - Product thinking: ability to prioritize by business effect, formulate hypotheses, define metrics, and measure results. - Hands-on experience collecting CJM and designing end-to-end (E2E) processes across multiple systems. - Experience managing projects with contractors and outstaff: managing timelines, dependencies, and result quality. - Basic technical background to speak the same language with integrators and developers.
