Product Owner on Publishers Direction

Product Owner for Kadam, a high-load RTB Exchange. Remote, salary up to $4500. Manage backlog, formats, and publisher integrations.

We are Kadam - an RTB Exchange product with high load of 1 million requests per second at the entrance and up to 1 million requests per second to external systems. We process up to 1 million advertising auctions per second! We have a great team of specialists who have learned to give honest feedback, calmly argue about work tasks and are not afraid of productive conflicts. We have no place for swearing, underhanded games and other attributes of the past century. We know how to plan our work, celebrate results and achieve goals! What to do and what is expected: - Manage the backlog of the product development team - Form requirements for formats (display/native/video/pops/push/in-page push/banner) - Balance monetization and user experience: frequency, refresh, latency, CLS, viewability. - Conduct CustDev and in-depth interviews with publishers. - Analyze integrations: look at network/console, request parameters, typical implementation errors, reproduce problems. - Improve the process of connecting publishers: from tag issuance to first revenue (TTFR). - Build publisher funnel metrics: integration → first request → fill → revenue → retention. - Segment publishers, form hypotheses and test. - Work closely with related teams to build a common client communication strategy. In addition to development, this includes analytics, marketing, sales, finance and teams of other holding projects.

– Experience as PO for more than 3 years (experience with CPA products / experience in AdTech is mandatory) - Deep understanding of how traffic works on the publisher side - Expertise in different formats (display/native/video/pops/push/in-page push/banner) - Confident skills in describing requirements (PRD/spec/user stories) and working with backlog. - Experience in CustDev and interviews - Ability to support ideas with numbers and understand product metrics - Ability to build communication with stakeholders - English B2
