We are looking for a Product Owner to join the team creating an HR-tech product for 60,000+ employees of Alfa-Bank. We are building a system that helps employees and managers make more accurate decisions, strengthen team connections, and increase efficiency. We use data to understand where changes are needed, propose timely actions, and measure their real impact on business results.

Strong product thinking, ability to turn complex ideas into simple user scenarios, love for experiments, ability to negotiate and drive decisions to results. Strong soft skills are mandatory. Confident work with data and product metrics is a big plus.
