Product Owner (Business) for Alfa-Subscriptions at Alfa-Bank. Full-time, hybrid in Moscow, salary from 400k RUB gross plus quarterly bonus.

Alfa-Subscriptions is a service within the Alfa-Bank app where clients subscribe to third-party services, both Russian and international. The platform offers subscription services and many partner promotions. Responsibilities: - Own the P&L and meet business targets. - Manage the product funnel from client entry to subscription and renewal. - Work with the client base: segmentation, communication strategy, offer development, and channel selection. - Define product tactics: which product lines and mechanics to launch, in what order, and which hypotheses address funnel gaps. - Integrate the product into various bank channels. - Lead Discovery: research, hypotheses, prioritization, backlog creation and defense. - Coordinate with Delivery: work in pair with the product owner on delivery side, negotiate timelines and resources, prioritize, resolve blockers.

4+ years of independent product management. Ability to achieve results through people not under your authority - key skill. Experience with P&L or its part: defend the plan and explain deviations. Ability to build financial models. Strong skills with funnels and data. Experience with client base: segmentation, lifecycle, repeat purchases. Full-cycle Discovery from problem to backlog handed to development. Manage multiple directions simultaneously without losing priorities. Nice to have: subscription model or recurring payments, marketplaces and partner storefronts, ecosystem products of large banks or telecoms, experience with partners and commercial terms.

Product decisions are your responsibility, no multi-level approvals. Direct reporting to the product vertical leader. Support from project manager and analyst.
