Product Owner for Alfa Subscriptions at Alfa-Bank, Moscow. Full-time, office/hybrid, salary 400,000-500,000 RUB gross, plus quarterly motivation.

Alfa Subscriptions is a service within the Alfa-Bank app where clients subscribe to third-party services (Russian and foreign). Platform of subscription services with many partner promotions. Responsibilities: - Own P&L of the product and meet business targets - Manage product funnel from client entry to subscription and renewal - Work with client base: segmentation, communication strategy with offers and channel selection - Build product tactics: product line, mechanics, hypotheses - Integrate product into various bank channels - Lead Discovery: research, hypotheses, prioritization, backlog creation and defense - Manage Delivery collaboration: negotiate timelines and resources, prioritize, resolve blockers

Experience: - 4+ years of independent product management - Ability to achieve results through people not directly reporting to you (key skill) - Experience with P&L or its parts: defending plans and explaining deviations - Ability to calculate financial models independently - Confident work with funnel and data - Experience with client base: segmentation, lifecycle, repeat purchases - Full Discovery experience from problem to backlog for development - Managing multiple streams simultaneously without losing priorities Nice to have: - Subscription model or recurring payments - Marketplaces and partner showcases - Ecosystem products in large bank or telecom - Work with partners and commercial terms
