Kontur.Factoring is an online platform for electronic document exchange between supplier, factor, and buyer during factoring transactions. Responsibilities: - Form, defend, and implement product development strategy. - Systematically increase customer profitability and active customer base. - Form and validate product hypotheses. - Analyze and segment the market to create a USP. - Manage the roadmap: decompose product goals into team tasks, control deadlines and quality, evaluate effectiveness. - Build a process for collecting product feedback.

We expect: - 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner and at least 3 years in banks, factoring companies, or B2B fintech. - Experience in an Agile team. - Ability to work with analytics, conduct A/B tests, and make data-driven decisions. - Skills in working with hypotheses, ability to bring them down to task level, including launching and conducting research. - Understanding of product unit economics.
