Kontur is an ecosystem of products used by every third business in Russia. Kontur.Factoring is an online platform for electronic document exchange between supplier, factor, and buyer in factoring transactions. Tasks: - Form, defend, and implement product development strategy. - Systematically increase customer profitability and active customer base. - Form and validate product hypotheses. - Analyze and segment the market to create a unique selling proposition. - Manage the roadmap: decompose product goals into team tasks, monitor deadlines and quality, evaluate effectiveness. - Build a product feedback collection process.

Experience as a Product Owner for 5+ years and at least 3 years in banks, factoring companies, or fintech with B2B segment. Experience working in an agile team. Ability to work with analytics, conduct A/B tests, and make data-driven decisions. Skills in working with hypotheses, ability to translate them into tasks, including launching and conducting research. Understanding of product unit economics.
