Insperia is an online school for ЕГЭ preparation with thousands of students and active growth. We need a PMM to transform our website into a powerful commercial tool. What's important: – Experience with websites (real improvements in conversions, depth, engagement. Not on Tilda) – Team management (designers, layout designers, developers) – Analytics: metrics, hypotheses, reports – Figma (prototypes, working with designers) – Web tools: chats, triggers – Understanding of JTBD, CJM, USP What you will do: – Manage the website as a product: from hypotheses to releases – Increase conversion and engagement – Work with UX/CX, prototypes, and data – Manage the delivery process (development, launches) – Find growth points through metrics and research
