Product Marketing Manager at Startlife. Fully remote position. Manage traffic, creatives, and funnel to achieve ROAS. Requires 3+ years of performance marketing experience in B2C mobile apps.

We are Startlife, building an ecosystem for personal transformation. Our B2C mobile product helps people in the US and Tier-1 markets improve their careers, finances, and personal growth. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive ad profitability. You will manage traffic, creatives, and the funnel, taking full responsibility for ROAS and all influencing factors.

• Experience in performance marketing for 3+ years, with at least 2 years in mobile B2C applications. • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (launch, optimization, scaling). • Ability to calculate economics: CPA, ROAS, LTV, churn – with numbers, not just in theory. • Think in hypotheses and tests, able to build a systematic process. • Understand the role of creatives and can set tasks for them. • Experience with a subscription model. Nice to have: • Experience in the US or other Tier-1 markets. • TikTok Ads, AppLovin experience. • Experience in Self-Care, Health & Fitness, Personal Growth niches. • Understanding of iOS attribution and SKAdNetwork. Not suitable for: • Media buyers who only execute – we need someone responsible for results. • Those who haven't worked with a mobile subscription model. • Agency strategists without real experience managing ad accounts. • Those waiting for ready-made processes – they don't exist here, they need to be built.
