Product Manager at IT company "ALGORITHM". Salary from 240,000. Full-time/flexible schedule, hybrid/remote/office. Responsibilities include product strategy, roadmap, requirements, analytics, and team coordination.

Forming product strategy and roadmap for websites based on user needs and business goals. Analyzing the market and competitors, collecting and prioritizing requirements for functionality, UX, and content. Defining KPIs and analyzing user behavior: conversion, retention, LTV, loading speed, availability. Developing concepts, feature specifications, requirements for functionality, integrations, and content strategy. Managing the product lifecycle: from idea to release and subsequent improvement. Coordinating cross-functional teams: development, design, marketing, SEO/content, analytics, customer support. Interacting with stakeholders: preparing presentations, justifying decisions, managing expectations. Ensuring quality, availability, and compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

- Experience as a Product Manager or similar role in website development, digital services, or online marketplaces. - Experience in forming product strategy and roadmap; ability to translate business goals into technical tasks. - Understanding of web architecture, frontend/backend technologies, CMS/platforms, SEO, and analytics. - Skills in collecting and documenting requirements (PRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria) and ability to write clear specifications. - Experience with analytics: KPI definition, A/B testing, metrics analysis, and experiment conducting. - UX sensitivity: working with user journeys, conversion optimization, content strategy. - Ability to work in an environment of rapidly changing requirements and priorities. - Excellent communication skills, ability to present results and work with stakeholders. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies; ability to effectively manage the backlog.
