Product Manager for a Fintech/Crypto project in Moscow. The role involves structuring roadmaps, writing technical specifications, and collaborating with the CEO. Offers a hybrid format, salary up to 5,000 USD paid in USDT, rubles, or bank transfer, with quarterly bonuses.

We help merchant clients gain access to over 500 million cryptocurrency users by integrating stablecoin processing into their checkout pages. Merchants receive fiat payouts. The product is available for both B2B2B and B2B2C audiences. ▪️Responsibilities include: ▫️Structuring and decomposing the product development roadmap ▫️Writing technical specifications for interface creation and product development ▫️Implementing and maintaining a culture of iterative development through appropriate management methodologies ▫️Close interaction with the company's CEO

▪️We expect: ▫️Over 4 years of experience in product management ▫️Mandatory experience in developing crypto products and processing ▫️Understanding of why and how a particular functionality is needed by merchants and how it should work ▫️Soft skills: broad outlook, interest in solving complex problems, conversational English
