Product Manager / Product Analyst in Payment Product

Product Manager / Analyst for an international payment system, focusing on payment conversion growth. Full-time, hybrid/remote.

International payment system. We develop payment acceptance and payouts (cards, SBP, cross-border transfers). We are looking for a product manager who will be responsible for payment conversion: find growth points in data, turn them into hypotheses, drive to release, and measure results. Responsibilities: - Analytics and conversion growth (analytics, hypotheses, A/B tests, dashboards, alerts) - Product development (algorithms, antifraud, formalization of business requests) - Processes and operations (dailies, releases, incidents, work with providers)

Experience in payments, fintech, or subscription products (2-3+ years) Confident SQL; understanding of acquiring, webhooks, and API integrations; experience in Scrum processes Residence in Serbia / outside Russia / willingness to relocate is desirable ClickHouse, Metabase, or similar; Python for data analysis Experience with P2P payments, SBP, cross-border transfers Grow hacking, traffic arbitrage, antifraud, or scoring – a plus Experience with A/B testing
