Product Manager — Overchat AI

Product Manager for Overchat AI at Boiler Lab. Full-time, office in Saint Petersburg. Middle/Senior level, B2+ English. Drive retention and revenue growth for a fast-growing AI product with 400K MAU.

Overchat AI is a product that unites modern AI models for working with text, images, and video in a single interface on Web, iOS, and Android. In its first year, the product grew from zero to 400,000 monthly active users. We are looking for a person to take ownership of key product metrics and revenue growth. Responsibilities: - Own retention and revenue: D7/D30 retention, conversion to payment, and churn of paying users - Analyze funnels, cohorts, and session recordings; conduct customer development and find points of user loss - Launch new features and track their impact on key product metrics - Improve onboarding, paywall, TTV, trigger communications, and user return scenarios - Formulate and test product hypotheses: determine expected effect in numbers, timelines, and success criteria before launch

Must-have: - 3+ years of experience in product roles, preferably in B2C subscription or in-app purchases products - Cases with specific numbers: what metric was taken, to what value it was improved, which decisions worked and which did not - Ability to work with data independently: SQL or product analytics - Understanding of unit economics: CAC, LTV, cohort payback Nice to have: - Experience with AI products or SaaS - Experience with retention mechanics and monetization - Experience in startups and international teams
