Product Manager — Overchat AI (Retention & Monetization)

Overchat AI, international AI startup with 400k MAU on Web, iOS, Android, seeks Product Manager to own retention, monetization, and growth metrics. Office in Moscow or St Petersburg; remote not considered.

Overchat AI is an international AI startup providing access to modern models for text, image, and video generation in one interface. Product is available on Web, iOS, and Android, grew from zero to 400,000 MAU in the first year. Responsibilities: — Own D7/D30 retention, conversion to paid, and churn of paying users; — Find user loss points through funnels, cohorts, session recordings, and customer interviews; — Launch features and own their impact on metrics; — Improve onboarding, TTV, paywall, trigger communications, and win-back scenarios; — Formulate and test product hypotheses with clear expected effect and success criteria; — Prioritize tasks independently and build processes without unnecessary approvals; — Analyze market and quickly apply competitors' strong solutions.

Requirements: — 3+ years in Product Management, preferably B2C products with subscription or in-app purchases; — Real cases with numbers: which metric improved, how, and what didn't work; — Independent work with data: SQL or product analytics; — Understanding of unit economics: CAC, LTV, cohort payback; — Systems thinking, independence, and entrepreneurial approach; — English B2+; — Willingness to work from office in Moscow or St Petersburg. Nice to have: — Experience with AI products or SaaS; — Experience scaling B2C; — Retention and monetization mechanics: onboarding, push/email, reactivation, paywall, trial, pricing; — Understanding of UI/UX and growth funnels; — Experience with vibe-coding and end-to-end analytics; — Experience in startups and international teams.
