Product Manager — Overchat AI

Product Manager for Overchat AI, an AI platform with 400K monthly active users. Drive retention, revenue, and growth. Office in Saint Petersburg, crypto or RUB salary.

Overchat AI is a modern AI platform for text, images, and video in one interface: Web, iOS, and Android. In the first year, the product grew from zero to 400,000 monthly active users. We are looking for someone to take responsibility for product metrics and revenue growth. Responsibilities: - Own retention and revenue: retention D7/D30, conversion to payment, churn of paying users - Find where users are lost: funnel, cohorts, session recordings, customer development - Launch features and track their impact on key metrics - Improve onboarding, paywall, TTV, trigger communications, and return scenarios - Formulate and test hypotheses: expected effect in numbers, timeline, and success criteria before launch

Experience in product roles from 3 years, preferably in B2C with subscription or in-app purchases - Cases with numbers: which metric you took, to what value you brought it, what worked and what didn't - Ability to work with data independently: SQL or product analytics - Understanding of unit economics: CAC, LTV, cohort payback Nice to have: - Experience with AI products or SaaS, retention mechanics and monetization, work in startups and international teams
