Product Manager with 3+ years of experience in B2C product and project management. Responsibilities include product development, cross-functional collaboration, user research, and A/B testing. Offers from $3000 USD + bonuses. Remote (worldwide) or Dubai office.

– Product development: hypotheses, improvements, enhancing user experience quality, metrics, strategy participation. – Cross-functional interaction: working with development, design, marketing, and analytics. – Competitive analysis and growth opportunities; user research. – Experiments: hypothesis testing, A/B testing. – Task definition, decomposition, prioritization, and support. – Product documentation management: requirements, functionality, metrics, limitations, iteration planning. – Analytics: tracking development, data control, making decisions based on metrics.

• Middle (3+ years of experience). • B2C: experience in product and project management. • "0 → 1" launches: — Including entering new markets. — Plus if you know how to scale by metrics and were responsible for the entire user journey from start to finish.
