Job Details

Product Manager for one of Russia's largest online banks. Develop a large-scale product with millions of users and influence business. Responsibilities include end-to-end product development, backlog prioritization, data-driven decisions, and feature launches. Requires 3+ years of Product Management experience.

Develop the product end-to-end: from idea to implementation Formulate and prioritize the product backlog Work with metrics and make data-driven decisions Interact with development, analytics, and business teams Launch new features and improve user experience Conduct A/B tests and analyze results Be responsible for the growth of key product metrics

Experience in Product Management or related roles (3+ years) Understanding of the product lifecycle and development processes Ability to work with data and metrics Experience interacting with development teams Strong prioritization and decision-making skills Ability to structure tasks and think systemically Good communication skills Will be a plus: Experience in fintech / banks / digital products Experience with growth / retention / monetization Understanding of A/B testing and product analytics
