Company: IT company "Algorithm". Vacancy Product Manager. Development of chatbots and web resources. Work experience from 1 year. Salary: 60,000 - 350,000 rubles. Hybrid/Remote/Office in Moscow.

One of our areas of work is the development of chatbots and information web resources. We work in the b2b segment, our clients are small, medium and large businesses. What you will do: - Formulating product strategy and roadmap for websites based on user needs and business goals. - Market and competitor analysis, collection and prioritization of requirements for functionality, UX, and content. - Defining KPIs and analyzing user behavior: conversion, retention, LTV, loading speed, availability. - Developing concepts, feature specifications, functional requirements, integrations, and content strategy. - Managing the product lifecycle: from idea to release and subsequent improvement. - Coordinating cross-functional teams: development, design, marketing, SEO/content, analytics, customer support. - Interacting with stakeholders: preparing presentations, justifying decisions, managing expectations. - Ensuring quality, availability, and compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

We expect: - Experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the development of websites, digital services, or online marketplaces. - Experience in formulating product strategy and roadmap; ability to translate business goals into technical tasks. - Understanding of web architecture, frontend/backend technologies, CMS/platforms, SEO, and analytics. - Skills in collecting and documenting requirements (PRD, User stories, Acceptance criteria) and the ability to write clear specifications. - Experience with analytics: defining KPIs, A/B testing, analyzing metrics, and conducting experiments. - UX sensitivity: working with user paths, conversion optimization, content strategy. - Ability to work in an environment of rapidly changing requirements and priorities. - Excellent communication skills, ability to present results and work with stakeholders. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies; ability to effectively manage a backlog.

Conditions: • Salary range: 60,000 - 350,000 (before tax deduction) • Hybrid/Remote/Office (Moscow, Derbenevskaya embankment, building 7). • Full-time/Flexible schedule
